INFRASTRUCTURE
The college has 29 labs catering to the needs of students at Under Graduate and Post Graduate levels. The college library is fully computerized and open access system is in practice. The library has more than 25,000 books and 72 journals. Large number of audio, video CD’S are available. The library is a member of American Information Resource Centre (AIRC). The college is in the forefront in the area of sports and games winning several prizes at Inter University and at National Level Competitions. The college has a big play field with number of courts such as basket ball, volley ball, throw ball etc. The college has a 4 track cricket practicing pitch for cricket players. The college has an excellent gymnasium fitted with all modern equipment. The college has 2 air conditioned seminar halls fitted with furniture and audio visual equipment such as inbuilt sound system, Projector T.V and LCD. COMPUTER AIDS The college possesses approximately 300 computers connected with intranet and also internet zones. MEDICAL CENTER The college has a medical centre in the campus to care for students and others. Dr. V.VEERABADHRA RAO senior and experienced person is the medical officer at this centre. The doctor has 32yrs of experience as a medical practitioner in India and abroad. The doctor is available in the college campus on all working days at specified timings. STUDENT COUNCELLING Students have a facility to meet counsellors seeking help and guidance. Few teachers are identified as student counsellors to give suggestions and solace to students in need. CANTEEN There is a spacious canteen in the college campus. Separate dinning hall is part of the canteen in addition to place for snacks. The canteen has modern kitchen. |
